I have been using the A/M Windows viewer on an Asus laptop running Windows XP and now I changed to a Dell laptop with Windows 7 in which I can't install the A/M program. I would be very grateful if you could inform me what I have to do in order to get the same or similar viewer on Windows 7.

Unfortunately, Cybershot Viewer is an application distributed only on the Support CDs for the product you have bought. From the Internet you have the possibility to download an update to the application to enhance its functionality. Access the Support Page and download the update. On your computer, launch the installation package, but apply a compatibility tweak before. Right click the installation package and select Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP, then run it as Administrator.
